Many meetings, events, and travel experiences cost time, money, and energy, but ultimately deliver less than hoped for.

This ensures you are guaranteed quality and security when it matters most.
ANVR
ANVR BARENTSZEN is affiliated with ANVR, which offers you extra security and protection. This means we meet strict quality requirements, use transparent terms and conditions, and work with reliable partners.
SGR
SGR BARENTSZEN is affiliated with SGR. This guarantee ensures that prepaid travel funds are refunded if we are unable to meet our obligations due to financial insolvency. If the trip has already commenced, the return journey will be arranged.
Calamiteitenfonds
Calamiteitenfonds BARENTSZEN is affiliated with the Stichting Calamiteitenfonds. This means that you:
- will receive a refund of (part of) your travel sum if the trip cannot take place or cannot be fully completed due to a calamity;
- will be reimbursed for necessary additional costs if the trip must be adjusted or terminated prematurely.
A calamity is defined as an abnormal event, such as a natural disaster or serious unrest.
SUSTAINABILITY
We are aware of the impact that meetings, events, and travel can have. That is why we make conscious choices regarding locations, partners, and implementation.
This is reflected in how we handle transport, accommodation, and logistics. Where possible, we work with local partners, limit unnecessary travel, and opt for more sustainable alternatives when appropriate.
