WHAT IS SPACEBUZZ?
SpaceBuzz is a non-profit foundation with a global education program that inspires children to become ambassadors for Earth, just like astronauts. The program consists of:
- Interactive astronaut training
- A visit to the SpaceBuzz rocket vehicle
- An immersive experience with Virtual Reality and 4D/5D technology
From space, children look at our planet with fresh eyes. This perspective increases their sense of responsibility and engagement with the world around them.

Thanks to the partnership between BARENTSZEN and SpaceBuzz, organizations, teams, and partners can also enjoy this extraordinary experience.
During the “rocket flight” through space, you will be guided by astronaut André Kuipers and experience the Overview Effect with your partners: the realization of how small, fragile, and precious our Earth is. This experience contributes to:
- More sustainable thinking and acting
- Strengthening social engagement
- Conscious leadership and responsibility

As an official SpaceBuzz ambassador, BARENTSZEN donates €2.50 per participant to selected programs to support the SpaceBuzz mission.

What are the benefits of outsourcing?
You save time and prevent everything from falling on one person’s shoulders. In addition, we help translate your goal into a clear setup, so that content, program, and organization align perfectly.
What is the difference between a meeting, event, or trip?
The difference lies mainly in the setting and the goal. Meetings focus on content and decision-making, events on connection and energy, and trips on depth and context outside the daily environment.
What certainties or guarantees do you offer?
We are members of ANVR, SGRZ, and the Calamiteitenfonds. This means that matters such as financial security and support in unexpected situations are well-arranged.
Are your quotes non-binding?
Yes. We are happy to think along with you and develop a proposal that fits your needs, without any obligation.
From how many people do you consider it a group?
We maintain a minimum group size of approximately 15 people.
Do you only organize events in the Netherlands?
No. We organize programs in the Netherlands, Europe, and worldwide, depending on what best suits the goal and the group.
