At BARENTSZEN, we provide that peace of mind. We work with permanent, carefully selected partners and are affiliated with renowned industry organizations. In addition, we make clear agreements and offer guarantees, so you know exactly where you stand, even if circumstances change. Read more about our guarantees below.
ANVR
BARENTSZEN is a member of ANVR, which offers you extra security and protection.
This means that we meet strict quality requirements, use transparent terms and conditions, and work with reliable partners.
SGR
BARENTSZEN is affiliated with SGR.
This guarantee means you are assured that prepaid travel funds will be refunded if we are unable to meet our obligations due to financial insolvency. If the trip has already commenced, arrangements will be made for the return journey. Since February 1, 2021, a contribution of €5 per person per booking has been paid for every trip booked with a travel organization affiliated with SGR. This makes it possible for you to continue traveling without worry.
CALAMITY FUND
BARENTSZEN is affiliated with the Calamity Fund Foundation.
This means that you: will receive a refund of (part of) your travel sum if the trip cannot take place or cannot be fully completed due to a calamity; will be reimbursed for necessary additional costs if the trip has to be adjusted or terminated prematurely. A calamity is defined as an abnormal event, such as a natural disaster or serious unrest.
