From November 13 to 16, 2025, over 220 participants traveled to Rabat, Morocco, for the ANVR Congress. The program seamlessly integrated in-depth sessions, networking opportunities, and local experiences.

The objective: coming together as a sector
For ANVR, the annual congress is a key moment for the travel industry. It offers members and partners the chance to share knowledge, discuss current developments, and meet in person outside the daily work environment.
In addition, the congress plays a role in experiencing a destination. By designing part of the program on-site, participants discover not only the congress content but also the possibilities of the destination itself.
Our role: ensuring everything comes together
A congress of this scale relies heavily on tight organization and logistical management. Our team supported ANVR in the full execution of the congress, from preparation to on-site management.
Our services included:
- development of the congress website
- registration and invoicing for all participants
- logistical planning and coordination of the entire program
- on-site congress management
This structure ensured that the sessions, meetings, and activities ran smoothly, allowing participants to focus entirely on the congress and their network.
The program: balancing content and destination
The program combined congress sessions with networking and activities in and around Rabat.
Day 1 – Arrival and start of the conference
Participants arrived in Rabat via a private Transavia charter flight. Following a group lunch in the garden of the Dutch Ambassador, the congress program commenced. The day concluded with a welcome reception and dinner at the Tour Hassan Palace Hotel, where participants could meet in an informal setting.
Day 2 – Discovering Rabat and congress program
The second day began with a city tour of Rabat, including a traditional tea ceremony. Lunch took place in the Andalusian Gardens, after which the congress program continued at the Rabat Art Museum.
Day 3 – Deep dive into Morocco
On the third day, participants could choose from various excursions to other imperial cities of Morocco, including Fez, Meknes, Casablanca, and Tangier. This day provided space to explore the destination further and continue conversations with industry colleagues in a different setting.
Day 4 – Closing and return journey
After the final congress session and a group lunch, the group returned to the Netherlands on the private charter flight to Amsterdam.
The result: high praise from the sector
The ANVR congress in Rabat was very positively received by participants. The congress itself was rated an 8.5, and our organization and management received an impressive 9.3!
This is a rating we are naturally very proud of. The combination of a well-organized program, in-depth sessions, and space for networking resulted in a congress where knowledge sharing and connection within the travel industry were central.
