Day 1 – Explore and connect
The trip began with a flight from Amsterdam to Madrid. Upon arrival, the program kicked off with a group lunch—a great opportunity to launch the incentive together.
In the afternoon, the group explored the city on a bike tour, with the highlight being a route through the beautiful Retiro Park. The first day concluded with a delicious group dinner.
Day 2 – Sports, culture, and Spanish traditions
The second day focused on Spanish culture and experience. The group visited the Real Madrid Stadium, where participants not only received an exclusive tour but could also experience various activities and games themselves. This was followed by lunch and a beer tasting at the football stadium.

There was also time to explore the San Miguel Market independently and soak up the city's atmosphere.
After a relaxed conclusion to the trip, the group departed for the airport for the return flight to Amsterdam.
