For the Sikkenscenter management, this trip was a moment to collectively reflect on the organization’s course. By temporarily stepping away from daily operations, room was created for conversations about strategy, collaboration, and shared goals.
In addition to in-depth substantive sessions, strengthening mutual bonds was central. Different environments often spark different conversations, and that is exactly what makes an executive trip so valuable.
Our Approach: Direct Communication and a Tailor-Made Program
The collaboration began with a direct and personal approach. From the first contact, we worked with short lines of communication and quick coordination, allowing ideas to be efficiently translated into a suitable program.
Our team developed the entire travel concept and oversaw the program structure. The focus was on a healthy balance between substantive moments, cultural experiences, and informal encounters.

The Program: Marrakech as an Inspiring Setting
Day 1 – Arrival and First Introduction to the City
The executive trip began with a flight to Marrakech, where the group was welcomed with lunch at Jardin du Lotus.
In the afternoon, participants took a walk through the city in small groups. Along the way, they discussed various propositions, which led to open conversations and new insights.
In the evening, a special carriage ride followed through the lively streets of Marrakech toward the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. After a short walk with a local guide, the day concluded with a traditional Moroccan dinner, where the group was introduced to various tagines.
Day 2 – The Medina and Substantive In-depth Sessions
The second day began with a souk experience led by a local guide who lives in the Medina. During this exploration, participants were introduced to local shops, tastings, and artisanal products.
In the afternoon, a Sikkenscenter meeting was on the agenda, where the management came together to discuss substantive topics.
The day ended with a dinner where Moroccan gastronomy, music, and a traditional show came together.
Day 3 – New Perspectives Above the Atlas Mountains
The final day started early but spectacularly: a hot air balloon flight at sunrise over the Atlas Mountains. From the air, participants enjoyed an impressive view of the landscape surrounding Marrakech.
After landing, a Berber breakfast followed in the desert—a special moment to reflect on the trip together.
Back in the city, a walk was taken through the famous Majorelle Gardens, followed by lunch on a roof terrace overlooking the Medina. Afterward, there was free time to buy souvenirs, with the local guide assisting in finding authentic products and negotiating prices.
The Result: An Inspiring and Connecting Experience
