From March 21 to 23, 2025, 85 colleagues traveled to Paris for an anniversary experience centered on discovery, connection, and creating memories together.
This wasn’t just any visit to the French capital, but a program specially developed to let the team experience Paris in a surprising way.
The occasion: 25 years of building together
After 25 years in business, Laudame Financials wanted to celebrate their anniversary in a way that fits the organization: experiencing together, celebrating together, and creating memories that linger for a long time.
Paris proved to be the perfect destination for this. The city offers a combination of culture, history, and energy, providing an inspiring environment to step away from the daily work routine together.
Our approach: a customized anniversary concept
For this anniversary trip, we developed a creative, tailor-made concept, fully aligned with Laudame Financials and the milestone being celebrated.
Through close collaboration with the organization, ideas were quickly translated into a program where culture, teambuilding, and relaxation alternated. From concept development and program structure to logistics and on-site guidance: every element was carefully prepared.
During the trip itself, our team ensured everything ran smoothly, so that participants could focus entirely on the experience and being together.

The program: Experiencing Paris in a unique way
Day 1 – Arrival and introduction to the city
The anniversary trip began with a Eurostar train journey from Rotterdam to Paris. Laudame consciously chose a sustainable way to travel and also provided all participants with reusable water bottles. Upon arrival, lunch followed in Montmartre, one of the city’s most characteristic neighborhoods.
In the afternoon, the team discovered the district during a Montmartre Experience specially designed for Laudame, where participants learned about the atmosphere and history of the neighborhood in an interactive way.
This was followed by the humorous theater show “How to become a Parisian in 1 hour” in an authentic theater—a lighthearted way to get to know Parisian culture and humor.
The day concluded with a group dinner, where the first stories and impressions of the trip were shared.
Day 2 – Olympic inspiration and anniversary celebration
The second day focused on sports, collaboration, and Paris’s recent Olympic history. With a local guide, the team visited the Olympic Village and Stade de France, where participants learned more about the preparations and impact of the 2025 Olympic Games.
In Parc de la Villette, a series of Olympic Games followed, specially developed for Laudame Financials. In teams, colleagues challenged each other during sporting activities that stimulated cooperation and team energy—a form of teambuilding in a unique setting.
In the evening, the highlight of the trip took place: the anniversary dinner on board Le Paris, the boat that also carried Team NL during the opening ceremony of the 2025 Olympic Games. A truly special location to celebrate 25 years of Laudame Financials together.
Day 3 – Closing Paris in style
The final day began at a relaxed pace with free time to explore the city further and buy souvenirs.
This was followed by a typically French activity: a Laudame pétanque tournament with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Competition, humor, and togetherness came together in a relaxed setting.
After a farewell dinner, the group departed again via Eurostar to Rotterdam, carrying a weekend full of new memories.
The result: An anniversary that sticks
The anniversary experience in Paris delivered exactly what Laudame Financials had envisioned: celebrating their 25th anniversary together in a way that suits the team and the organization.
Culture, humor, competition, and togetherness merged in a program fully tailored to the group. According to the participants, it was an experience they still look back on with great pleasure, and a way to experience Paris that many had never encountered before.
