Can you always combine meetings, travels, and events, or are there limitations?
Combining trips, meetings, and events is always possible with us, but not every combination is equally meaningful. We always look at the goal first. Sometimes formats complement each other perfectly. Sometimes one well-chosen format is more effective than a combination of several. We’re happy to discuss this with you.
How do you maintain the common thread in a program with multiple elements?
By determining that line at the beginning, before a single component is even filled in. What needs to change after this custom program? That goal translates into every part: the sequence, the content, the setting, and the follow-up. This way, it feels like a whole, not like separate modules side by side.
Is a custom event, travel, or meeting always more expensive than a standard format?
No, certainly not. Customization means that every part has a function. Nothing is included that doesn’t belong. We look for what’s possible and only make a creative proposal if it fits your request exactly. Even when we organize a staff trip, conference, or off-site for you, we provide tailor-made solutions. In the first conversation, we always look at what is realistic within your possibilities.
How do you start if you don't know exactly what you want yet?
That is actually an excellent starting point. The most successful programs have emerged from a conversation that began with a vague intention. We ask questions that help move from “we want to do something” to a clear starting point. That is exactly what we excel at.
Who is my point of contact if the program consists of multiple parts?
Always the same trusted person. We consciously work with a dedicated contact person per program, even if multiple disciplines and people are involved internally. This way, you don’t have to coordinate; you can just call one number when you need us.
